Janet Jackson has been teaching 7th Grade Science and Junior High Math Lab since 2007. Prior to teaching at Triton she taught at Franklin County High School and Mt. Carmel Elementary/Middle School (86-87). Mrs. Jackson graduated from South Bend Clay High School and then went on to earn her B.S. in Math, Science, and Computers from Manchester College in 1986. She then went on to earn her M.S. in Science Education from Bemidji State University (Minnesota) in 2008. Mrs. Jackson and her husband have 3 daughters and have had 3 foreign exchange students over the years. She enjoys camping, fishing, traveling, hiking, and being outdoors. For fun she makes crafts and weaves baskets. She loves to travel and see new places and has traveled to national parks, Germany, Canada, and Mexico. She hopes to continue her travels and add more places to her bucket list.
