Have The Winter Blues?

Seasonal Affective Disorder SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is common this time of year. Be sure to:
 
• Get your daily dose of vitamin D! Try opening blinds at work and home, sit close to windows, and bundle up for a walk.
• Stay active! Exercise is a key factor in fighting those winter blues. Play outside, hit the gym or join the KCH Health & Wellness Center.
